Free trial
Every new account gets a 60-day free trial with Starter plan features. Reminders are sent at days 30, 50, and 60.
At the end of the trial:
- 3-day grace period — Access is maintained to finalise the subscription
- Suspension — The workspace is suspended but data is preserved
- 30-day review — Manual review period before deletion

The plan change takes effect immediately for features and roles. Billing is adjusted on the next cycle.
