How do I access my SawaSuite workspace?
Go to your-company.sawasuite.com in your browser. Use the email and password provided during sign-up.
Which browsers are supported?
SawaSuite works on all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. We recommend Chrome or Firefox for the best experience.
Does SawaSuite work on mobile?
Yes, the interface adapts to mobile screens. You can access your workspace from your phone or tablet via the browser.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Each company has its own isolated database. Data is hosted on AWS and backed up daily.
Account and subscription
How do I change my plan?
Contact the SawaSuite team via WhatsApp or email. The change takes effect immediately for features. View plans →
What happens at the end of the free trial?
You have 3 days of grace to subscribe to a plan. After that, your workspace is suspended (but your data is preserved for 30 days).
How do I add users?
Go to User > + Add a User. The number of users depends on your plan. Full guide →

How do I configure WhatsApp?
WhatsApp is pre-configured for every new workspace. Your Twilio or Meta credentials are set up by the SawaSuite team when the account is created.
Why are my WhatsApp messages not sending?
Check:
- That the customer's number is in international format (+237...)
- That your monthly quota has not been reached
- That the customer has not opted out
How many messages can I send?
Depending on your plan: 200 (Starter), 500 (Professional), or unlimited (Business) per month. Payment and security messages do not count towards the quota.

How do I view my SawaSuite invoices?
Invoices are sent by email each month with a PDF. You can also contact support to get a copy.
What payment methods do you accept?
