1. Employees

An employee is a person who works in your company.

Home > HR > Employee

Create an employee

  1. Click + Add an Employee
  2. Fill in:
    • First Name and Last Name
    • Company
    • Date of Joining
    • Department — Create your company's departments
    • Designation — Job title
  3. Save

2. Leave

The leave system allows employees to request time off and managers to approve it.

Leave types

Create your company's leave types:

  • Annual leave (e.g., 30 days/year)
  • Sick leave
  • Maternity / paternity leave
  • Compassionate leave

Request leave

  1. The employee searches for Leave Application
  2. Selects the leave type, dates, and reason
  3. Submits the request
  4. The manager receives a notification and can approve or reject

3. Attendance

Attendance tracking records the daily presence of employees.

Home > HR > Attendance

Attendance can be entered:

  • Manually by a manager
  • By the employee via the portal

4. Payroll Business

The Payroll module is available on the Business plan:

Salary Structure

  1. Create a Salary Structure with components:
    • Base salary
    • Bonuses and allowances
    • Deductions (social contributions, income tax, etc.)
  2. Assign the structure to each employee

Payslip

  1. Search for Salary Slip
  2. Select the period and employee
  3. The system automatically calculates the components
  4. Submit for approval
  1. Add Users
  2. Plans and Pricing
