The Inventory module lets you manage your stock, warehouses, and all goods movements — receipts, transfers, adjustments, and deliveries.

1. Warehouses
A warehouse is a physical storage location.

Create a warehouse
- Search for Warehouse and click + Add
- Fill in:
- Warehouse Name — e.g., "Douala Depot", "Yaoundé Store"
- Company — Your company
- Parent Warehouse — For hierarchical organisation (optional)
- Save
2. Stock Entry
A stock entry records a goods movement.

Entry types
- Material Receipt — Stock in (purchase, return, production)
- Material Issue — Stock out (internal use, loss)
- Material Transfer — Movement between two warehouses
- Repack — Revaluation of stock value
Create a stock entry
- Click + Add a Stock Entry
- Select the type (Material Receipt, Transfer, etc.)
- Add items with:
- Source Warehouse (for issues/transfers)
- Target Warehouse (for receipts/transfers)
- Quantity
- Submit
3. Stock Reconciliation
Stock reconciliation corrects discrepancies between system stock and physical stock.

Use this tool after a physical inventory count:
- Click + Add
- Select the warehouse and date
- For each item, enter the actual quantity counted
- The system calculates the difference and adjusts the stock
- Submit
4. Stock reports
- Stock Balance — Quantity and value by item and warehouse
- Stock Ledger — History of all movements
- Items Below Reorder Level — Items that need restocking
- Stock Ageing Analysis — Dormant or expired stock
- Inventory Report — Overview for physical inventory

5. Perpetual Inventory Professional
With the Professional or Business plan, perpetual inventory is enabled. Every stock movement automatically generates an accounting entry, keeping your stock and accounting synchronised in real time.
