CRM Professional

The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) module helps you track your leads, manage your sales pipeline, and convert opportunities into sales.

Required Plan

CRM is available from the Professional plan.

1. Leads

A lead is a potential contact who is not yet a customer.

Home > CRM > Lead

Create a lead

  1. Click + Add a Lead
  2. Fill in:
    • Name — Contact or company name
    • Email / Phone
    • Source — How you found them (Referral, Website, WhatsApp, etc.)
    • Status — New, Contacted, Interested, Converted, Not Interested
  3. Save

Convert a lead to a customer

When a lead is ready to buy:

  1. Open the lead record
  2. Click Create > Customer
  3. The information is pre-filled
  4. Save the new customer

2. Opportunities

An opportunity represents a potential sale with a lead or customer.

Home > CRM > Opportunity

  1. Click + Add an Opportunity
  2. Associate it with a lead or customer
  3. Enter the estimated amount and expected closing date
  4. Track progress through the pipeline

3. Pipeline

The CRM pipeline displays your opportunities as columns (Kanban):

  • New — Initial contact
  • Qualification — Needs assessment
  • Proposal — Quotation sent
  • Negotiation — Discussion in progress
  • Won / Lost — Final outcome

Drag and drop opportunities between columns to update their status.

4. CRM Reports

  • Sales Funnel — Conversion rate at each stage
  • Pipeline by Salesperson — Opportunity distribution by sales rep
  • Conversion Report — Leads converted to customers
