Required Plan
Manufacturing is available only on the Business plan.
1. Bill of Materials (BOM)
A bill of materials defines the raw materials and quantities needed to manufacture a finished product.
Home > Manufacturing > BOM
Create a BOM

- Select the item to manufacture (finished product)
- In the materials table, add:

TIP
You can create multi-level BOMs: a raw material can itself have its own BOM (sub-assembly).
2. Work Orders
A work order launches the production of a product from its BOM.
Home > Manufacturing > Work Order
- Click + Add a Work Order
- Select the item and the BOM
- Enter the quantity to produce
- Submit to start production
Production flow
Work Order → Material Transfer → Production → Finished Goods Receipt- Material Transfer — Raw materials are moved from the storage warehouse to the workshop
- Production — Record the quantities produced
- Receipt — The finished product is added to stock
3. Manufacturing reports
- Production Report — Orders in progress, completed, overdue
- Material Consumption — Materials used vs. planned
- Yield Analysis — Quantities produced vs. planned
